FCCA Agency Accreditation Application

Please read and complete the FCCA Accreditation Application Packet for Code Compliance Agencies in its entirety, ensuring all the information contained within the application is true and correct. Each question shall be separate and part of the larger packet to the FCCA. All information being provided to the FCCA for review must be legible, and in chronological order to best serve the agency. Each question shall have its own separate section with corresponding question and supporting documents. Review of accreditation and reaccreditation application packets does not commence until the accreditation fees or reaccreditation fees are paid. Please Note: Accreditation application fees are nonrefundable. 

Individual files cannot exceed 10 MB. If multiple files are uploaded the total cannot exceed 15 MB. If attachments exceed these limits, please email attachments to fcca@fccaonline.org. In order to reduce delays in processing your application, when emailing separate attachments, please ensure attachments are organized and properly labeled and include contact information for the application in the body of the email.
