FCCA Agency Accreditation Application

To begin the FCCA Agency Accreditation process, complete and submit the online FCCA Agency Accreditation Application in its entirety. Please ensure that all information provided is complete, accurate, and truthful. FCCA will review applications for participation in the accreditation program. 

Once your application has been approved and the required accreditation fee has been received, your agency will be granted access to the  FCCA Accreditation Standards Manual within PowerStandards by PowerDMS. From the date of approval, your agency will have twelve (12) months to complete the accreditation process by linking applicable policies, procedures, directives, forms, and other supporting documentation to the 

corresponding accreditation standards. Please Note: Accreditation application fees are nonrefundable, and the accreditation review process does not begin until all required fees have been paid.
